Air compressor blade coating:
The working temperature of the air compressor blade is generally below 700 ℃, and its surface coating acts to resist erosion corrosion. Most of the coatings are electrophoretic spraying or brushing fluororubber. Depending on the temperature of the working medium, different coatings can be used, or a TiN film (5-50μ) can be prepared on the back surface of the leaf by magnetron sputtering.
